Try a fabric color comparison

A simple side-by-side comparison gives more useful information than a name on a screen.

Set up a consistent view

Face a window in indirect daylight with neutral walls nearby. Use a mirror, remove strongly colored accessories and compare fabrics of similar size and finish. Colored lighting and glossy surfaces can add reflections that change what you see.

Change one quality at a time

For temperature, compare warm peach and cool rose at a similar depth. For depth, use light and deep versions from one hue family. For clarity, compare dusty and clear tones while keeping warmth and depth as similar as you can.

Look for balance, not a promise

Notice whether the fabric takes all the attention, whether features keep their definition, and whether you enjoy the combination. Do not treat a single photograph or perceived skin change as a diagnosis. Repeat the pair in another neutral-light setting.

Use what you already own

A towel, scarf or plain shirt can be enough for an exploratory comparison. Avoid buying a whole new wardrobe from a quiz result. Keep notes about a few combinations and try them on ordinary days.
